Meg Krejci, a Wellness Consultant for Mindfulness, will lead us through a Make-your-own Mandala workshop. We’ll draw and color our Mandalas, while learning how to bring mindfulness to every day tasks.
Join us to chat with Drs. Allen and Wertman from Washington University School of Medicine Mental Health Services. We’ll interview Drs. Allen and Wertman in this panel-style discussion, take questions from the audience, and work to demystify what therapy is and all it entails.
Movement can be meditation for some people, so we planned two different workouts for today:
- Yoga with The Collective STL at noon
- Core Workout with Meg at BearFit at 5pm
Joel Dalton and Rosie Jones, Director and Coordinator (respectively) of DBBS will walk us through the varying types of self care. Spoiler alert: self care looks different for everyone! Maybe you hadn’t thought of finally registering your car as self care, but it is.
Bring the heat (or just enjoy the fire) for our first ever Clash of the Classes! Join us on Gather.Town with your classmates to take on the other classes in a variety of social events! We’ll have team trivia, Codenames, Werewolf, and Randomly-Assigned-Participation-Drawing.
Led by Connections, this will be a discussion session about Dr. Quinn Tyminski’s lecture on maintaining mental health wherever you are.
